Analytics and Scenario

The "Analytics and Scenario" feature empowers users to leverage AI-driven analytics for generating optimized match lists based on participant responses. By selecting a project and defining key parameters such as group size, matching priorities (e.g., location or balanced compatibility), and whether unmatched participants should be automatically assigned to groups, users can create tailored scenarios. With the ability to create, edit, compare, and run multiple scenarios, this feature provides flexibility and precision, ensuring users can evaluate and choose the best possible match outcomes for their projects.

Create and Run Scenario

Follow these steps to create and run scenarios for matching participants using AI-driven analytics:

Step 1: Select a Project

  • Navigate to the Analytics and Scenario page.
  • Use the Lookup Field to select the project you want to analyze. This fetches the created projects and their corresponding questionnaire responses.

Step 2: Create a New Scenario

  1. Click the "New Scenario" button. A card will pop up, prompting you to input the scenario details.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

  • Scenario Name: Enter a name to identify this scenario.
  • Group Size: Choose the size of the groups (e.g., pairs, medium group 3–4, etc.).
  • Matching Priority: Select what the AI should prioritize (e.g., group size, location, or a balanced approach for optimal compatibility).
  • Assign Unmatched Participants: Toggle this option if you want the system to automatically assign unmatched participants to groups.

Step 3: Save the Scenario

  1. Once all details are entered, click "Create Scenario" to save it.
  2. The newly created scenario will now appear in your list of scenarios.

Step 4: Manage Your Scenarios

For each scenario, you can:

  • View the scenario details.
  • Edit the scenario parameters.
  • Delete the scenario if no longer needed.
  • Run the scenario to start the AI-driven matching process.

Step 5: Run the Scenario

  1. Click the "Run" button to give the AI permission to process the scenario.
  2. Once completed, the system will display the match list generated based on your parameters.
